Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2025
By using CRED, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and fair.
1. Using CRED
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your company
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Use the service for legitimate business purposes
- Be at least 18 years old
2. Your Data
You own all the data you put into CRED. We simply process it to give you insights. You can export or delete your data anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Leaderboard & Sharing
Participating in the leaderboard is optional. If you opt in:
- Your name, company, and operator score will be visible to other opted-in users
- You can opt out anytime in Settings
- Don't submit false information to manipulate rankings
4. What You Can't Do
Please don't:
- Try to hack, scrape, or abuse the service
- Submit false data to game the system
- Access other users' accounts
- Use CRED for anything illegal
- Resell or redistribute CRED without permission
5. Service Availability
We work hard to keep CRED running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to do maintenance, updates, or fixes from time to time.
6. Integrations
When you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Stripe, etc.), those services have their own terms. We're not responsible for how those services operate.
7. No Warranties
CRED is provided "as is." We work hard to make it useful and accurate, but we can't guarantee perfect metrics or that it will solve all your problems. Operator scores are estimates based on the data you provide.
8. Liability Limits
If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater). We're not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business decisions you make based on CRED.
9. Account Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
